Pro covers Core, Ops, Lead, Flow and Scale. Unleashed adds Local, Learn and Ads, includes Unlimited AI, and comes with priority support, advanced setup and ongoing optimisation. Pro with Unlimited AI is $498 + GST, so Unleashed is another $101 for every remaining module.

Traditional TXT/SMS is not a native Amplify feature here. It can be connected through ClickSend for individual, bulk, automated and two-way SMS. A separate ClickSend account, subscription and usage charges apply. WhatsApp is included on every plan.

AI across conversations, lead qualification, FAQs, booking, follow-up, review responses and content support. It is an add-on for Pro at $199 + GST per month and included in Unleashed.

No setup fee and no lock-in contract. Annual plans are paid up front and include two months free; Unleashed includes advanced setup assistance and a regular optimisation check-in.
